Looking at getting a dual purpose bag for use on a Powakaddy Twinline - quite like the look of the Titleist SE and the Sun Mountain 3.5. Are there any others that I should be looking at?

My Callaway Euro Chev 2013 goes brilliantly on my trolley and is a joy to carry. You can strap the legs down, and it has a wide base mechanism for deploying the legs which sits well on a trolley or a buggy.

I've just ordered a Motocaddy hybrid, will probably never get used on a trolley but like the look of it as a carry bag.

I've been looking for something like this. Originally fancied the mizzy aerolite bag but Griegfromfife wouldn't sell it to me cos i was a new member ;). Having seen this, and wanting to have a trolley next summer (I've found carrying really hard work in the recent heat) this would be perfect, looks grand and is now on the Christmas list.

Just so you have all the options, the Sun Mountain H2NO is a superb carry bag and also fits neatly on SOME trolleys, mine fits nicely on the Sun Mountain Speed Cart V1 (picked up for a song on ebay). Great decision to get a hybrid bag, I used to get sick of swapping clubs/balls/tees all the other stuff I have from trolley bag to carry bag.

Ps don't take the not selling thing personally, there are rules about buying/selling on here and even if you scrape over the required posts folk have still been burned by people not paying - it isn't any reflection on you or Grieg just the way the world works I'm afraid! You would be skeptical of buying something off someone on ebay with 0% feedback even though they could be the best bloke in the world. Happy golfing

Definitely going to go the sun mountain route but dithering between the 2012 cart strap and the dual straps and the 2013 which doesn't have the sleeve and has the rucksack type straps.

Are these rucksack type straps the bees knees or is the dual strap (which I had on my old bag) still the way to go?

I have the 2012 dual strap and no complaints, is dual strap what you mean by rucksack straps? By the way Sun mountain are great for customer service, if you email them asking about bag/trolley compatibility they will get back to you. I emailed saying I had the H2NO and within a few hours had an email saying the MicroCart wasn't for me and I needed the Speedcart.

As for the straps I guess the best thing would be to load a bag full of clubs in a shop and see how it suits, I think the dual straps are far superior.
