What's your best trick shot?

That's nothing. I've got this sweet one where the ball is in the rough about 3 yards from a green. The pin is a couple of yards on. I focus hard on the last foot of rough before the green and all that's left to do is concentrate on strike. Whoosh, the club goes back and through and the ball glides into the air like an eagle taking off in search of pray. It lands softly a yard in front of me and I move calmly onto plan b.

I can fool my playing partners into thinking I'm going to hit my 4 iron 180 yards but in fact only hit it about 12.
Taken me years to perfect it

I'm great with a 7i when I fool all those watching (Smiffy) my divot go further than the ball on a simple approach shot, great drive though :smirk:

My party piece, and the one that amazes everyone, is the 240 yd drive, straight down the middle. When did you learn that one, is the usual cry.

I knew I was reaching and didn't feel right, but hell with it, I was 1st to tee off in my first meet so the knees were knocking and that little white thing was gettin' it!

It is a thing of beauty, the 2nd shot went right up the fairway, hence the applause, 2 off the tee :thup:
