What's the cheapest property in your area?

30k will get you a park home, prob with loads of fees etc. Real house, cheapest is £110k for shared ownership 2 bed, or £145k for a 3 bed on a road I would not walk down at night.

No idea but prices are going up and up. We bought our 4 bed and moved in last December and apparently it's worth £20k more based on the price of a neighbouring property. Even a 2 bed mid terrace in parts of Bracknell is c£200k. I doubt some of the prices quoted already would get you anything

£395,000 2 bed flat. Didn't realise I lived in such a cheap area.

I have lived in the same house for the last 28 years, and it cost a fraction of the cheapest property now.

Mine!

When we brought our house in 2001 it was literally a shell, nothing what so ever in it. When I say nothing I mean NOTHING!

2 bedroom, mid terrace.

it had been stood empty for about 4 years (.... After his mother died) he chap who owned it has known my wife since she was a baby.

She let slip to him we were in the market for a house and he suggested this one he had been looking to move on to no avail and we should make him an offer.

£20k later were signing documents and starting to get the place in order.

Current house prices in our street are between £75k-£85k.

Interesting search results in the FY4 area..

Cheapest flat 42K plenty of cheap houses in need of renovation in the south shore area around the 50-60K mark....
