For me it is my visit to Royal Birkdale on 23rd April...cannot wait for this to come around.Have found myself checking their website weekly now for the past month!Breakfast on arrival,18 holes of golf followed by a nosh up all for £35!! Roll on!!

Outside golf?

Week long trip to Tuscany for mates wedding mid July and a 4 day trip to Oktoberfest with the lads can't come fast enough either!!

What joys are you looking forward to in 2012???

Turkey at the end of June for 2 weeks. Holiday and golf rolled into one.

Woodhall Spa at the end of April should be a giggle.

Really looking forward to Woburn and Woodhall Spa as they'll be the first forum meets i've been to. I've got some trips planned to Lytham St Annes, Hilldale and Birkdale in the Spring. Also, Im heading down to Devon and going to play Saunton and RND.

Away from golf, Surfing in Devon in August, a few weddings. The Black Keys in Manchester in a few weeks and The Stone Roses later in the year...

All in all, a good year really..

Have a couple of invitations to play at St Georges Hill and West Hill in March. Hopefully lots of forum meets, including a big one at Camberley in June. Trip to St Enodoc and Trevose in the Autumn. At this time of the year it is nice to be able to look forward to some good golf on top courses.

How could I forget Woodhall Spa.

Getting my first handicap and (hopefully) watching it tumble!!! :one:

Spring, light nights and playing 3 times a week. Hopefully I'll also be able to shave a few shots off my handicap and try a few competitions.
