As per the thread tile. What are you working on over the winter?
What changes, if any, are you going to make to try and get to a lower handicap next year?
Better driving? Iron approach play? Chipping it closer? Less 3 putts, more 1 putts? Better course managment? More sand saves?
I'm spending the winter months having a further series of lessons to help me kick on for next season.
I want to work on a few things over the winter.
1. A better swing swing sequence in transition, starting the downswing.
I'm getting there on the back of my previous lessons, which has been evidenced in my scoring and subsequent handicap reductions over this season, but I still feel there is room for improvement in this area to make my swing more repeatable, more often.
2. A better mental approach.
I'm going to be reading a lot of doctor Bob (Rotella) over the winter to try and give myself the correct mental attitude to help when my swing fails me.
What about you?
Edit: This is a multiple choice poll.
