Being a simplistic sort, for me something is either a question, or it isn't. Or something is an exclamation or is not.
I like to think of the forum a bit like chatting in a pub/cafe and the written form there to substitute for speaking.
So for those who like to go for multiple question marks or exclamation marks is it intended to convey something in particular?
Or just some jam spilled onto the keyboard

Does seem to be very prevalent on 'social media', not forgetting the good old ?!?!
