I've got a mixed foursomes competition partnering the missus tonight on the Medal course and that's it for me golf wise this weekend except for a bucket of balls at the range, it's gorgeous here today so should be a good evening for a hit.

Had intended heading up to Royal Aberdeen to watch the Scottish Open tomorrow but that's not happening now as I'm photographing Dundee FC training at lunchtime and then Man City training in the evening, and on Sunday I've got the friendly between the teams to shoot - football is back and I'll have to manage my time to get out on the course for the next ten months.

This weekend is the Burstwick Cup. Which is basically the clubs version of the ryder cup. 2 teams of 12 captained by the mens captain and vice captain. Saturday is 4BBB matchplay and Sunday is singles matchplay. This is my first year playing in it so really looking forward to it. Me and my brother are on opposite teams and are paired against each other in the final singles match on the Sunday. The banter has already been flying around and the pressure will be immense if it all comes down to that final singles match.

Playing a club match at Chalgrave tomorrow morning (not the greatest of courses but should be good fun). Off to the casino later in the day for a poker tournament. Expect Ill be working Sunday (test and golf on :) ) then Monday is our midweek club champs. Later in the week ive got to see the physio again Wednesday, im at F of A for a pitching lesson and a long game check up Thursday

Bounce game at home with my bro then big piss up in the garden till the early hours... other folk in the street warned of noise and naked woman and the like...:D

My plans are doing nothing this weekend as I fell off my bike last night and really hurt my hand can't grip a club or move it much

My plans were
Work tomorrow morning then playing in open scramble there
Work Sunday then was suppose to be going to goswick

Probs end up going to my old club to watch last few groups in the club championship and few jars after

Mens invitation day tomorrow, got a mate from Parkstone coming over to my place. We did well last year at Parkstone so hoping for a good day tomorrow :)

Tomorrow I've got my last Medal at the club I'm leaving at the end of July, and then Sunday I've got my first competition at my new club, it's a Stableford to ease me in gently.

Looking forward to it after a tough week.

No golf for me. Getting married tomorrow and don't think it would sit too well if I sneaked off for a few holes ;)

Parkstone Trophy on sunday , thats 36 hole matchplay scratch foursomes Vs Brockenhurst , its a 55 plus age group and we got the QF at Home ..................EYG

Under the thumb already!!

All the best Jon, enjoy it.

As for me its the most anticipated event in the world. Its the annual Bunkers trip. Going up to Slaley Hall this year. 16 mates of varying ability from scratch to 28 handicappers battle it out to not receive the wooden spoons but to take home the prizes and winners trophy.

I won't be touching the sambuka this year!!! :o
