I was watching a tv with no sound-dont ask, so what was going on with him and Olazabal?

Olazabal found his own ball in the rough, hit it and didn't see it come out but saw another ball that must have been hidden in the rough next to his only move 3 feet so he played that ball again out of the rough thinking it was his but it wasn't, his was in the fairway so he got a 2 shot penalty for playing the wrong ball.
