What glove?

After not wearing a glove for many years I've now changed to mc grips so need one.
The very thin very soft cabretta gloves look like they will last 1 round with these mc grips.

So what are you using and would recommend or avoid?

Footjoy puretouch and the titleist permasoft glove. They are a "premium" glove and the titleist one is particularly thin, still using ones that I bought in may? I think.

Pure touch is a great glove but quite pricey.
I've been using the Fj cabbreta Sof lately and cant fault it feels as good as the pure touch but cheaper.

I've used the FJ Weathersof GTX for years now.
Its quite thin and pretty hardy and I would say an average price £10ish.
I tried to dry one out once by putting it in the microwave, not a good idea, it came out half the size.

Biggest question is do you prefer the full leather premium choice, or are you prepared to go down the synthetic route.

Callaway Diablo are nice for leather and not as pricey, Bridgestone make some very sticky synthetic gloves though a little thicker than the leather ones (quite nice during winter for a little bit more warmth)

MC Grips?

I have corded grips on my clubs but don't generally use a glove. I do use the Srixon All Weather when I feel the need and they hold up pretty well. I have used the better gloves but the extra cost and shorter lifespan doesn't appeal to me as I didn't really gain anything from them.

I play with the Footjoy Weathersof, but I'm considering switching to the Sta-Sof.

Ive just got a Taylor Made Targa glove and its the best ive ever used but ive never found one that fits me as well as this.

The Seve AAA Cabretta are a nice, well priced, and last long enough for any glove, i know a few guys that play with MC grips and use them without any issues.

I like the Srixon cabretta or the Strata professional, the latter I get from Sports Direct for £5 or £6. I know it's Sports Direct, but they can't be beat for gloves!

Alternatively, the Callaway Diablo glove is very, very good.

Wow! I didnt know someone would take gloves seriously!

I just use a cheap dunlop glove from sports direct, not fashionable but does a good job!!

I don't go a lot for Leather gloves - had a Wilson FG Tour back in the summer and it felt absolutely sensational.

Lasted 1 1/2 rounds.........

Yet the Weathersof GTX I'm currently using has seen battle for about 3 months.......

1 1/2 rounds I have been using a FJ puretouch on and off since around May, probably been used for maybe 10 rounds and there is at least that left in it. What were you doing?

I'm normally not hard on gloves or grips but Leather Gloves just don't seem to last for me.....
