I have noticed that at the top of my back swing, my club is rather laid off to the left.

What consequences could this have on my swing? (I do often push my shots to the right by about 10 yards.)

nothing wrong, if it was crossing the target line i would be worried

Left wrist is slightly bowed from i can make out which would explain the shaft angle

back of wrist should be flat at top

Doesn't matter if your wrist is bowed, or cupped, or flat provided it fits your swing pattern, which will then be slightly unorthodox. If it mattered then Dustin Johnson wouldn't be playing.

I don't think your club is laid off there at all, it's just a result of your shoulder plane and your wrist position.

What ball shape do you hit? the swing itself is such a personnel thing I wouldn't worry about the top it really is all about how you deliver the club face to the ball
