i thought this would be a good thread for next season but no reason why it can't be started now with some peeps still playing rounds.it doesn't need to be competitive golf so if you're out practising and keeping score then post away.

i'm not sure if it can be made a sticky but hopefully it will be kept up to date with plenty input.....

i planned on playing 9 holes today but because i was playing absolutely crap i kind of gave up after 6 holes,i hit some shots that i haven't hit in a while and a topped 3 iron put me in a mood so that was it lol!!!!!

Having played well yesterday (to handicap) I played in a Bogey competition today and was 6 down. Very disappointing.

Monday, played a wee matchplay and won 3&1, same yesterday, but had to head off at 16, playing partner hurt himself, I was 1 down at the time, two cracking matches though!

for the last month i've been playing golf mostly just once a week and i've been playing really well and striking it brilliantly.since sunday there i've played 3 times and i've played terribly so i think i'll go back to once a week until nxt season.

All i can remember is my birdie on the last!!

Nice friendly game at my mate's course (Ravensworth). Took money off them both, my game was generally decent, but my putting was totally sh*t!! (and that's an understatement!). My birdie putt on the last from around 10 feet was my longest of the day by far!
