what club should i use on a 200 yrd par 3.i hav been playing a course for a yr and a half.can hit my 3 wood about 210 and my 5 wood 180.i am stuck in the middle.what shouuld i do.

it would depend on what the hole is like!
is there a safe area if you miss the green?
its no good taking the 5 wood if you need to carry the ball 190 over water but if its a long bit of fairway running upto the green maybe you can take the 5 wood and chase it up the fairway onto the green?
you could grip down a little on your 3 wood or hit a high fade with it if you need to carry it onto the green.
personally i would favour using your 3 wood on your stated yardages and just gripping down the shaft an inch or so!

cheers.the hole is quite narrow with rough all the way up.ob on 1 side and trees on the other.the back is ob aswell.when i it my woods i cant roll it up cos i get to much power and lof.the just stop dead

With rough, OB and trees I would play it wedge, wedge and a couple of putts.

I would take a 5 wood and smack it OB. Hit another ball into the trees, hack through the trees with several wedge shots, get it up to the rough beside the green and hack a couple of wedge shots onto the green then three putt.
