Its a well known theory that if you are struggling with your Driver, you hit your fairway woods?

Well the only club I cant seem to hit is my Fairway woods! Driver, Irons, Wedges and Putter all ok......Fairway woods no chance! This is quite ironic as the ONLY club that my playing partner hits well consistently is his Fairway Woods!!!

Whats your NOT goto club!?

My hybrids. I could really get this long but the power to do so has deserted me.
I could not hit my 5 or 6 irons for toffee but now am hitting them well.
I tried my mates G15 4i and have to confess to loving it.

I can hit them all.............................. With varying degrees of success however.

The only club I struggle to hit time after time is my driver.

nothing they all work fine, most would prob work better with a better player on the end of them, but there you go.

i tend to find its user error that the problem not the clubs.

None, hitting all of them quite well at the moment, just struggling getting my distance control with the change in wind direction and fluctuating temperatures.

I struggled to hit 3w consistently so replaced with a 18deg Hybrid. Best thing I ever did.
Feels like I'm cheating hitting it

Today, everything except my hybrid.....
Driver - shocking
4wood - ok
Hybrid - good
Irons - average
Wedges- average
Putter - very average..

My sand wedge (58 degrees) isn't great out of really fluffy bunkers... not enough bounce. Have to lay the blade too open to get to the bounce.

Exactly the same as me! so to the original question? None! most inconsistent though is the putter.. thats why its potentially leaving the bag this week.

Putter, without doubt. Hopefully the Ping/GM fitting will resolve this.
