What golf ball do you play with , I play with the Titleist Pro V 1x , because my swing compress the golf ball and i found this to be the best ball for me and always on the look out for them , I play with them all year round . I just bought some logo ones today , 6 boxes for £110 , thats my xmas present to myself.

This ball is good in windy conditions as it spins less then the Pro V 1 which i also use , whats is your choice and why ...:)

I used to think it made a difference, now i play whats cheap or on offer. Usually that's TM Rocketballz, Wilson DX2/3, Titleist Velocity are my "choice" balls of late.

I did quite like the AD333 Tour, but mainly as it felt nice putting.

where from?

Personally use any of the premium balls but preferably the lower spin ones, ProV1x, ZStar XV, B330 etc

I play as Pro V1 as Titliest have done such a brilliant marketing job on me and made me believe that the ball behaves significantly different to others at half the price. When I know it doesn't really ;)

At the weekend I shot a pb with a pinnacle 90 compression. image.jpg

It ain't the ball it's the bloke with the sticks that counts.

Either a pro v1 or 1x - can't really tell the difference between them

I tend to play a pinnacle gold Yellow ball. Main reason is I can get them for around £1 a ball and the amount I lose in a season I don't worry so much. I use the yellow ball as I find I can see it easier and also none of the group I play with uses a yellow ball.

TBH ive tried them all and come to the conclusion that you can't go wrong with a Pro V of some sort.

Most important thing for me is the feel off the putter.

Although I use the X-Outs most of the time to practice and just use the full priced ones when playing more 'serious' rounds.

(X-outs for those that don't know are proV1 and proV1x balls that have minor cosmetic defects but cost half the price. When I say minor I've yet to work out what any of the defects are, certainly nothing that will effect the ball in any way. They are also conforming so you can use them in comps etc if you want to.)

I'm happy to play the Srixon AD333 or Callaway Hex Hot for the majority of my golf.

In the summer if I want a better performing ball to hold the greens I tend to opt for the Bridgestone E5 which is a urethane 2 piece or the Bridgestone B330 RX.

i was under the impression X out were non conforming, unlike practice... could be wrong though.
