Me it's a 36 hole comp over Saturday and Sunday ... Low expectations but I am keeping my HC active.
I won't bore anyone with my results by posting on the other thread if I manage anything of note!!

I think I'll be lucky to make it to 11. If this is my last ever post can I just say that it's been emotional, I love you all, thanks for the memories and I hope you all make buffer at the weekend xxx

Although we had no rain we teed off in the most benign conditions you could wish for but after 4 holes it started blowing a hoolie. Flaming wind won't it ever give us a break.

Only consolation is reductions only for the third week in a row.

Also. Need to keep my gob shut in future. Standing on the 9th tee I said to a FC that I had only had 9 putts in the first 8 holes. No need to say an more.

Roll up in the swindle today. Joint winner on 39 points and I have a blow out on 17 too. Finally got it all clicking in the same round. Off to Epsom tomorrow to play with a mate who has only been playing 9 months and looking forward to going low

Just got in, round was delayed by 25minutes. The play was slow, partly because the pin positions were tight, 4 putting seemed the norm! Anyway I was fighting back and then knocked one straight into the rubbish and took a 9, game over . Anyway another 18 tomorrow ! Might be able to claw myself into a reasonable place.
