Just been out for my second round in 5 months. Weather here is as good as its been this year.

Played Hoylake municiple, its in fine form too.

Got rid of the thins, and shot made some excellent shots. Strange how keen you become when it goes well.

Anyone else been out today?

Played the Torrance last Friday with StuartD and Screwback from here and the greens were superb unlike my golf.

Played with Fragger and had a real game of 2 nines.
Front 9 I was +7 for 16 points and 2 blobs.
Back 9 was -2 for 24 points.
Wupped Fraggers butt by 8 points.

He's not going to lend me his driver tomorrow now...

Went out at lunchtime, golf was shite, bit stiff in the shoulders and not swinging right. Greens have been tined, not that it made much difference, I didn't hit any

just back in after a quick 9. met a guy on the tee and we played matchplay with him recieving 3 strokes over the nine, played 5 under my handicap won 3&2 and finished 5 up

Got 18 in this afternoon. Swing still not grat but getting better. Played two balls to slow myself down as the course in front was busy and no-one behind. Think I ended up thinking and not swinging as I did in the first few holes when I was only hitting one ball. Still beats an afternoon in work

Hit the ball really well yesterday setting up a number of good birdie chances.

Best hole of the day was the perfect 5 iron to 6 ft on a 170yrd par 3 and then sinking the putt.

Have the bug major again. Just a shame I don't have a club to play at at the moment. 3.5 weeks off, I'd be out every day!

Played yesterday, and pretty well too. Just coming into some form again (unless there is a card in my hands).

Going out again this afternoon, and then again tomorrow morning if it isn't raining. May the good form continue.
