i hate to sound like a parrot but i purchased my 2 iron towards the end of last season and it had a rifle shaft fitted.i wasn't sure what flex the shaft was but it did seem a little soft.
i decided to try it out and it was crap,no feeling or feedback at all and tbh it wasn't going any further or lower than my 3 iron so whats the point.......
i decided to fit the spare s300 shaft i had lying around which already had a good condition golf pride grip fitted and wow....what a difference.
everything is spot on again,great flight,better feeling and feedback from the strikes and it now travels as far as it should do.
it does really make a difference having the correct shafts fitted to your clubs and if your wanting to get as good as you can be at the game then this is a must.
