Has anyone played at Wharton Park? What are your thoughts?

The Club Company who own my course (Nizels) have just purchased it, so means I will be able to play their for free! Worth the trip?

Played there in the Summer with Bigfoot from here who is a member there. Some good holes and belting views from the top

If you want a game when you are going to be up here. I will join you. It is damp at the moment so you would not be seeing it at its best. See how the weather goes next year and let me know. I work shifts, so we would have to plan.

The views do look absolutely beautiful. What's the general condition of the greens and fairways? Good standard?

Is this the one not far from the safari park? If so I've played it once before. Well worth a look. Some long walks between green to tees. Lovely club house.

Greens are excellent most of the year. Just the 10th and 3rd get soggy at this time of year, so they are on temps at present. Fairways are good too. The one thing you will notice are the changes of elevation - it is not a flat course!

It is close to the safari park on the Bewdley bypass on the way to Cleobury from Kidderminster.
