Just had an awesome round, 8 birdies on the trot, 1 bogey for a 63 (-9)
Do you actually PAY to play/upgrade stuff or are you entirely 'free'?
that's some good shooting Rooter!

You will have to earn free credits or pay for credits at some point as the free stuff won't hit the ball far enough to get onto some of the fairways when you get back to the tour master and legend levels.
I do surveys and watch the free vids for my credits and have a pretty good set of clubs now. Just got to get 1500 credits together to upgrade my driver as I'm struggling for distance off the championship tees.
Buy the level 58 G20, its epic!!
I do not bloody well believe this game. I just missed out on a hole in one on a par 4 at St. Andrews because the stupid ball hit the stupid flag stick and damn well bounced off; it was only trickling as well. What the hell do I have to do to stop this game from hating me?![]()
I'm saving up credits for a new putter! using the spider (cheap one) and its ok, but i am losing too many shots on the green. I reckon i could play St Andrews in less than 56
i only started playing a couple of weeks ago, havent bought new clubs just mid range balls and still enjoy it. I come second in the 1st round comp so still doing alright with basics, the new clubs make it easierpretty pointless trying to compete with this really, have no intention of buying the clubs so expect after the matchplay comp (the next round anyway!) Ill bow out gracefully I think as playing field way too far from being level

I was thinking the same.... I can't see the point in competing with people who've paid to upgrade their kit.
Because as you progress in the game, your tee blocks move further and further back, i just played bigD and was giving him a 35 yard start on some holes!
Its like playing actual golf and saying i wont play with a CAT1 golfer as he is better than me and has better clubs?! the handicap is the tee blocks and added distance.
