I'm looking to play West Hill prior to the H4H's meet.

I've got a few free Saturdays or Sundays in July, August & September or even a midweek game but not too late in the day due to travelling.

Anyone a member at West Hill or fancy a knock their sometime soon?

Have you seen the green fees, it would be cheaper just to buy your own trophy and get it engraved ;)

No practicing on the course before the big day Robin.

I think you can play midweek after 3.00 for £50 which is not so bad. Just shows what a good deal we got for the H4H day, and any forumers that haven't signed up should do so.

I think I'll just play it blind now on the day

After yesterday, which I think at times was a tricky, thinking man's course not knowing the bounces off the fairways, blind 2-tiered greens etc, I didn't fair too bad so, I'll just defend MY trophy on the day ;)

West hill is not as tricky and undulating as yesterday, there are a few blind tees, but not many and nowhere near the wonky fairways as yesterday either. buy a strokesaver would do you in all honesty,

West Hill plays longer, but is fairly open and you don't often play off the hills unless you knob your drive Scott.

I am playing West Hill on Monday.... 30 holes for a princely £15!!!

Hoping to play Woking some day.. the only W that I havent played yet...

There are only 2 blind tee shots at West Hill from memory, the 1st and the 3rd. Need to lay up with an iron on the 1st but the 3rd you can hit anything you like over the brow of the hill, it's wide open on the other side. Apart from that, you can see everything else out in front of you.

Fantastic golf course

Bagsy I play with you

If I was going, you could....................

Bloody hell, nothing going for me on this topic is it, especially when vkurup goes and winds me up by saying he's playing it for £15 next Monday

Think I'll just run off with my trophy

6th has a blind tee shot as well, and is one of my favourite holes. The second shot to the green is superb.

There are two greens to the right of the third, 4th and 16th and I have been on both of them off the third tee.:o If you go left you are on the railway line. One of the hardest holes on the course, especially into the wind off the new back tee.

Can't wait to play the course again, only had five rounds there this year Robin.:ears:
