jargon, spelling errors and the ubiquitous "... implement the agreed Sales Strategy to ensure (membership Sales) targets are achieved." (works great when the Strategy is sound but always leads to tears when you get fired for either implementing it perfectly but targets aren't hit or you present a well structured business case for a different strategy...

otoh it's quite common, and generally welcomed, to wrap BHs into overall leave entitlement when there is any expectation that they may be worked (as I would expect here) - so :thup: for that one!
 
Could this be linked to the planning application for a 50 bedroom hotel where the swimming pool currently sits? The new owners seem to have plans that do not find favour with many members.
