Well done GoKart

Just want to say thanks to these Guys, last week my Wifes GoKart blew over in a strong gust of wind and unfortunately broke the score card holder and little wheel that alters the speed, pure accident.

I contacted GoKart telling them of her bad fortune and even though the trolley is 3 years old, today both parts arrived free of charge, fantastic after sales people.

Things break in this world, don't matter how it broke, the aftersales from this company is second to none by the sounds of it. Someone I work with bought a cart on the bay of e, the frame snapped last weekend, this was not a gokart one but a metal frame, bet he don't get the same customer support.

I went to their place about 3 weeks ago and purchased one. They didn't insist that I buy a battery as I aleady had one. The lady who served me couldn't have been nicer and I have now used it about 8 times and am absolutely delighted with it

I've said it all along, they are probably the shining example of how after care should be, not only in golf but in general terms. They really do go the extra mile.
