I genuinely thought that this guy was finished and would never compete again never mind win again. Henrik is another who could fit the category of "huge slump" as his head was minced for a long long time. When he lobbed his wedge into the lake in Dubai and went for years hitting driver even wilder than me he looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights.

A gritty display today and currently on the 18th fairway with a 3 shot lead.

Now on the green - game - set - match.

Winners circle again and I'd love to see him back competing at the top again.

Think his brain got scrambled when he a lost a lot of cash when that guy Stanford got rumbled by the feds, great to see him back playing well again, saw abit of him on thursday he was hitting his 3 wood miles past guys driver.

Very pleased for Henrik. Watched a lot of the coverage on all 4 days as been on holiday from work. He played really well. Fantastic to see as he has really struggled the last couple of years. Even more pleased as I put him in my fantasy team this week!

Missed a lot of the coverage today but looked like he had a wobble towards the turn so great to see him hold on. Hope he can build and get back to the top end of the rankings next year. HID is a big fan since he stripped to his undies

Yes, well done Henrik. Great natural talent, and a good character as well.

Love his individual swing, the twitch of the club before he takes it back, and the big weight shift on to his right leg. He got to number four in the world a few years back, and hopefully he will get back to those heights again.

Have to say I'm a real Henrik Stenson fan who back in 2007 through 2010 was a Top 10 OWGR player. We all know his fall from grace from those heady days but he's played well in 2012 and this win in South Africa should propell him to an even better 2013. For me Stenson should be back in the World Top 50 next season and interestingly his fellow Swede Robert Karllson got through Stage 2 of PGA Tour Q-School. As did Ross Fisher.
