result - I'm down to 18, 7 this morning so half a stone lost all told.

big help this week was being floored by a mystery virus thing that meant I was confined to bed for pretty much the whole weekend and didn't feel like eating!

Not weighed in yet but expecting a bad one. Cooker blew up last week so basically lived on takeaways whilst waiting for new one to be delivered. I think the question is not if I have put any weight back on but how much.

I think my weigh-in this week will be null and void as I won't get to the scales until I get back from watching the game at the pub tonight, several bottles of Magners will only add to the total weight until expelled fully.

Managed another 4lb this week, thats 1st 2lb since I got the shock of my life standing on the scales just before new year, 1st dead since first official weigh in here. I've been going to the gym and/or swimming most days of the week and getting used to a greatly changed diet. Had my first drink since new year on a family night out last saturday. Been good and climbed back on the wagon since then. The gym is certainly paying off, I feel better for it already. Just got to keep it going, still plenty to loose I'm afraid!

Well done to all the others, keep it going, it'll be worth it in the end.
