Another week, another 2lb loss.

I think the work at the gym is going to alter a bit this coming week just to vary the routine a bit. Need to sneek up on the wobbly bits and scare them off !

Food is still a good variety of things, with lots of veg and fruit thrown in. Not had chocolate for .. weeks !

Happy with another 2lb loss this week.

Aiming for 2-3 over the next week.

Last week 16st 0 lb 4 oz

This week 15st 13 lb 4 oz

Very dissapointed, but I suppose it's still going in the right direction. Must start jogging again.

Week 3 16st 3lb(.8)

Gain of 1lb (0.8)

Total to date- Loss of 2lb

A big week this week (booze, take-aways, all the wrong foods in the wrong quantities) and not the least surprised that ive put some on. It's tougher when your away from home and working to someone elses fridge rather than your own- (that's my excuse anyway)

I'm still (just) on target of a 1lb loss per week so not too mcuh to complain about really. It could have been much worse.

Okay guys, who's doing what in the way of exercise at the gym to help with the diets?

Just back in from another session and was wondering what others are doing.

I tend to do upper body one visit, and lower body next visit. Each visit has a good half hour on bike, treadmill and crosstrainer. Also a fair bit of stretching for relevant muscle groups on each visit.

Anyone else got any words of wisdom ?

Last week 13st 13lb
This week 13st 11lb

So 2lb down - hurrah

To answer DCB... last week was the first week ever that I've set foot in a gym. Overall works out at 45mins or so doing equal stints on rowing machine, cycle, and cross trainer. Might give up the cycle as can't seem to set it up for my leg length and seats are at odd angle - I always seem to keep sliding off it. May be do treadmill instead.

Early days yet but I'm told the rowing machine will be good for reducing/tightening the "wobbly bits" in the gut region
