Wednesday Weigh Day.

Just posted on the other one by mistake, I am 15stone dead lost a few lbs but nothing spectacular! However, my body fat percentage is down and that’s what’s important. Hopefully going to achieve better results when I start back training properly.
 
18st, 9lb this morning - but this is still using the old (possibly broken scales - minimum 3lbs lost though
 
Trying hard with this, 4.5lb off this week.

Been watching intake and going back to the gym so here's hoping.
