Wedges...

Do people replace their sw and pw for wedges of a different brand e.g. vockeys? What is the loft on a standard Sw and Pw? Do players just do this because they like a different brands feel and it is easier to get the distances needed to fill all gaps?

Different manufacturers will have different lofts on their PW and SW as they do on their other clubs.

Best to know what your current clubs are and plug (excuse the pun) any gaps you may feel you have

Just interesting when i see lots of players have wedges and not sw or pw of their own irons.

I have the standard I25 PW which comes in at 46 degrees and then have their tour wedge in 52 and 58 for an even gap
