What is the best wedge for parkland courses?

I know this is a matter of personal preference as with all clubs. But I’m just looking for people’s opinions. I have a second hand mizzy 58° and get on really well with that but would like a 50 or 52 to go with it or to get a new pair, or do you need 3?. Looking at the market there is so much choice but what would you look for?

The final question and I think I know the answer is it worth getting custom fitted for a wedge?

I know someone selling 2 Taylormade TP XFT wedges in the "For Sale" section

I have a 52* and 58* Mizzy chosen purely on distance gapping as I fond the 52* and 56* too close. The bounce I have in these wedges reflcts my swing and the course I play (.. Also Parkland).

I'm a digger so have more bounce in my wedges than someone who brushes the turf.

Good article on bounce per swing/course here

If you get on well with the 58° you have I'd go for the same make.

There won't be a lot of choice in bounce for a 50 or 52, probably around 8-10°.

You don't need 3. Some people do and some don't. If your PW is around 46° then a 52 will fit in nicely.
