Wedge advice

Hi,

I may be being a bit thick , but could someone please explain the degrees and bounce angles on wedges as I have no idea what should be used for what distance.

I saw the TG wedge test and surprise surprise the TM zip groove is amongst the must haves (along with Ping and Callaway)
