Hi All.
I currently have 4 wedges, pw, gap, sw and lw - all of differing makes.
As I'm about to get some new i15's I was wondering about revamping my wedge line up to.
In short the i15 is 46 degrees.
My Vokey gw is 50 + 10. (loft and bounce)
Tm SW is 56 + 14
Cleveland 588 Lob Wedge is 60 + 4.
I have quite a steep swing at impact, but play from a very links style course - very tight lies.
My thinking is to get 2 extra wedges, 52 + 58 degree, probably from PING?
Now, the help I need is - do I keep my current line up or will changing aid consistency?
If I change should I go for higher or lower bounce options? (i'm fairly crap in bunkers, but generally manage to get out 1st time.)
Will the loft spread of 6 degrees be enough, or too much?
Any help or advice much appreciated, especially from any players who have PING wedges.
Thanks
John.
