Joining my club in December so really need to sort myself out with some decent waterproofs, as will need to play every week whatever the weather. Anyone got any good suggestions got around £200-250 to spend on jacket & trousers total, cheers.

If the pounds can stretch....Get some kit that has gore-tex in it.....You wont go wrong with any of that.

Iv just recently bought a Sunnice Hurricane suit....By no means bank breaking but worth every penny!

I bought myself a pair of proquip tourflex waterproof trousers when i was at the ryder cup on the friday with all that rain and they kept me bone dry and i can't fault them.

Can never go wrong with Galvin Green.
But Im in need of changing my trusty Nike stuff and I'm looking at trying out the UnderArmour waterproofs. Been hearing nothing but great reviews on the UA gear.

Sorry but what's wrong with trying out new brands?!

I know the GG is awesome gear, don't mean i have to follow the trend.

UA waterproofs are great, so are the top spec suits from most companies. If you want something other than GG, you could try Zero Restriction. I have to be outside a lot in my work and my GG stuff is the best i've ever used, one of my paclites is over 5 years old and still going strong.
