Waterproofing your bag.

Did me Friday big shop the other week and Aldi had some waterproofing spray on offer from £2.49 to 49 p I think it was.
Anyway I bought two cans and spent half an hour spraying me bag thinking nowt lost for 49 p.
Anyway yesterday it did everything from Peter Kay's drizzle to bladder it down for six holes and me bag was fantastic. Yeah I had me brolly up which protected it a bit but it is bone dry in me car as is my clubs.

Anyone else been a tight sod.

I used the same on my bag but not had it out in the rain yet. I just used the one can bit good to hear it works.

Good idea if it works. I replaced my bag with a Callaway Aqua Dry after a round in torrential rain as I just couldn't dry out the old one. Not tested it in such extreme rain since but in more reasonable rain it has coped admirably and the contents have stayed dry.

Forgot to add that to add that I bought a can originally to try on my fave coat which is as waterproof as a tea bag and it worked quite well on that. My TM bag I love but when it got wet everything had to come indoors and dry out for a day.
That was the main reason I bought the Titleist sta dry. First flippin day out with cart bag it rains. Chuffed to bits with results.
