Warranty on Golf Clubs

I have a driver which I bought in March, on a round today the club has developed a rattle in the head (sounds like some glue has come loose) anyone know where I stand on this?

Take it back. Covered under sales of goods act.

Follow the above advice. Plus, any decent club manufacture will always replace and repair clubs. They don't want a bad rep so they are always going to help.

Took it back to the shop today.

Have to say this has just strengthened my view on buying clubs locally, I know I pay a little more for my clubs but this is all sorted and they could not have been more helpful.
