Just a heads up guys - there was an Advert on Gumtree from a guy in Frodsham offering a 913 d driver for £95 some 714 mbs for £170 and a Scotty Cameron and other bits of kit ( all with photos) at what seemed silly cheap prices - I responded via Gumtree mail just for giggles to see what the rack was and he offered the deal if I paid by BT - I declined and suggested cash on collection which unsurprisingly I didn't hear back from. Later that day I got an email from Gumtree advising that the advertiser was suspected of breaking Gumtree rules ( Are there any?) and to treat with caution. It was obvious from the pricing it was a scam but was worth some investigation.
So just be aware, all that glistens is not gold if its too cheap there's normally a reason for it. But also be aware there's a scumbag in Cheshire trying to scam people so please don't get caught!
