A pretty rare beast. Short of asking a Titleist stockist to order you one in, you may struggle as eBay is hit and miss.

Another option would be to buy a standard grip from here:

I have a nearly new red cord Scotty grip, it has the wobbly Scotty Cameron running vertically down it.
