Afternoon all.

I'm looking for a little project over the next few months and have decided I would like to restore an old(...er) model putter.

To that end, I'm looking for a Ping BeCu putter.

Model is unimportant but would prefer B60.

Length is unimportant as may re-shaft.

Overall condition is unimportant as looking to restore.

Anybody got one in the shed they want to shift?

I have an old anser model - think I tried selling it on here ages ago...have a search as i still have it

Get a Ping BeCu wedge Gareth mate, I still 'game' one and love it. It could do with restoring.... What you planning with a Becu putter head? Coke?

I have a becu b60 doing nowt. I'm not sure I can sell it to you Gareth, it would be the third putter I've sold to you recently and I'm starting to think you need help...

You need to be careful working with BeCu, as any dust is quite carcinogenic. It's why they stopped making clubs from it!

My dad has a BeCu B60 that I coveted for years, until he gave it to me. Deadly from 4 foot, but totally hopeless at lagging from range! So I gave it back.

Part of the charm of old BeCu putters is the patina, the way the finish ages. I'm not sure it would look as good all bright and shiny.

I'm aware of the first risk. I have a set of respirator valve masks from work that I'll use if I decide to polish.
