WANTED: Clubs for a Learner Golfer

No not for myself (although) at the moment I could probably do with the benefit of game improvement clubs, but im currently looking for some 2nd hand clubs for a mate (yes I do have one) who is fairly new to golf. He's currently knocking it round in about 130 shots with his current clubs which really need melting down for scrap. He is wanting something that will not only help him learn the game but will do the job until he gets to a handicap standard.

Irons as well as Woods are needed, but don't have to be bought together. So if you have any sets of game improvement irons, or Woods lying around unused that you want rid of to clear some room etc just let me know and I can pass the info on. Looking for stuff that is in decent nick so please don't use this as an opportunity to try and get rid of all your old tat

I've got a set of excellent condition mizuno mx23 with dynalite s300 shafts, 3-pw, brand new grips, that I could be tempted to part with for say £130.

Perhaps I should have said that ideally looking for regular shafts as I don't think he could handle stiff.

Ok fella. I did have some reg shafted just the same (and some woods and a hybrid) but sold them a few weeks back to a bloke in the same boat. Good luck

A mate is selling his TM burner 2.0 4-PW regular shaft irons. Not sure about price but can ask in the morning. They are in good nick but I can't really confirm anything else ATM.

Son in law has a 6 month old set of wilson deep red ,i think theres driver, hybrid, irons,and bag. Hes upgraded to G25's.
