Hi all

Falling out of love with my hybrid, but am finding hitting my 4 and 5 iron a dream at the moment. So am looking for a 3 iron or driving iron type club.

Current set is Callaway X2 hot pro, with stiff shafts. Fleabay have got my 3 iron for around £50.... which isn't too shabby.

But what else is cluttering up your garage?

Cheers

Adam

I've got a Mizuno JPX800 pro 3 iron, but has reg shaft, so guess will be no good ?

ive Mizuno hi fli 3 iron with the Tour issue Dynamic Gold stiff shaft sitting about somewhere.

it belongs to a mate, but he might want to sell it as i don't use it and neither does he.

If you can stand the horrible sound - and wait a bit until the 'magic' disappears, the Ping Crossover might be a possibility.

Seems to fit your requirements - and I've certainly seen it used well! But that sound (it's hollow) is worse than my plastic sounding Driver (or my FT3 'donk'!)!

Good luck with the 3i. I have recently put my hybrid away for other than shots out of a tricky lie or the rough - and using my 3i instead. I love it. It does look and feel quite daunting when you are not used to it - but I just love how I can now fairly easily and consistently hit a 190yder nice and straight off the turf - and a bit further off a tee,
