Virgin Media's Latest upgrade

Has anyone got VM? Have you had an e mail from them regarding their latest BB upgrade. It looks as though it will be free, but.....on following the instructions click click clickity click, on the last click it pops up to say that there maybe, (probably definitely) be a charge for the upgrade.

Has anyone had this / done this? Is there a charge or not ?

no charge email confirmation will follow in a day or 2. HID did it and its not very clear process she was should I shouldn't will it cost more all the way through.

By the end of March 2016 for me and the account says my cable connection will go up from 152mb to 200mb

Just had my free upgrade to 70mb. More than adequate for me as I download virtually nothing. Not sure if those on the hyper speeds have to pay more.

my new box turned up yesterday to get me up to 200mbs. cost me £6 postage
