Anyone know if there a slow motion video app that runs on a windows phone ?

The ability of the phone to record slow motion will depend on the capability of the phone's camera, rather than the capability of a particular app. For example, Ubersense can't record smooth slow motion on a phone only capable of 30fps, such as the iPhone 5. For smooth slow motion on a phone you need a top end phone such as the iPhone 5s (120fps) or the iPhone 6 (240fps). The Lumia 630 Win8 phone that I have only does 30fps.
