The pro gave me a Vega iron to try as he heard I was looking for a new set, nice looking traditional cavity back - pro knew a lot about their forging being purer than other manufacturers etc etc - tried it and it felt like cast iron rock (plus I shanked 3 of them lol), never heard of them before today but looked online and they are £1400 a set , wtf

There was a lad who hailed from France who happened to be Goosens neighbour who collected bats of these ilk.
