Just wondering if anybody has any contact details for Vardon please?
He has put his name down for Cooden on Thursday but has not been on the site for a while.
I just need to contact him to make sure he is still coming along.

He was sorting out a mini game at the Addington a while back and I asked whether it had gone ahead as I wondered about the course changes and I'm pretty sure the reply back from someone (not Vardon) was that he was injured and it had been postponed

According to his profile page, his last visit to the forum was 27th July.
I could really do with a phone number for him as I have exact numbers for Cooden at the moment, if he is not coming I have somebody possibly waiting in the wings to replace him but obviously don't want to invite them yet in case Vardon does show. Gonna cock the numbers up.

It was arranged for Fri 22nd but unfortunately our host is on the treatment table and therefore postponed til he back up and swinging

That be correct. We were due to play his course and I think about 2 week before 22 July he sent out an email to postpone as on treatment table. If you short rob I could swing a day off.

Thanks for the info and the offer of filling a space.
LIG confirmed he could make it at the last minute last night but I had to initially put him off as it would have given me odd numbers. That was before I realised Vardon hadn't been on the site for a while (when I sorted out the groupings this morning).
I have sent LIG a text message to see if he can still make it and am awaiting his response. I'll let you know as soon as I hear.
Problem I have is that if LIG can make it, and then Vardon turns up after all, I am odd numbers again.
