Urgent Swing Speed Advice

Does anyone know what kind of swing speed clubs with the following shafts would be okay for?

Fujikura RE-AX TP85 Regular Graphite shafts.

I think that 85 one is just for hybrid clubs. I would guess a swing speed between 80 and 90mph would be regular territory?
