Hello

Has anyone on here used one of these contraptions?

I suffer from a stiff lower back now and again and often fantasise about being suspended upside down, in the privacy of my own home....

Are they any use?

i used to hang upside down off the ladder into my crane cab but would not recommend that.
they do work but you need to be very careful they take up a lot of space.
if it's just a bad back use a gym ball they are very good.
you need to strengthen your core muscles.

Filthy bunch....😁

I'm going to have read around on more high brow websites for answers. I'm a 6'1 man stuck in the body of a 5'10 short arse.

You lot won't curtail my potential! 😉

And Danny boy. I've not forgot, will do a write up tomorrow on my lunch. Honestly it was stupendously good.

Have you been yet?

More gear in there than your three sheds combined.

Was up there yesterday for a quick chat mate. Doing a Loft/lie check and gapping session there at the end of January. Love the place.

M wife used one & found it helped her back. BUT, be careful. She was distracted one time, forgot to strap her legs in & fell out of it, crushing two vertebrae. Never had the confidence to get back on it after that.

We had one for a while as HID has a bad back - it didn't seem to help too much to be honest plus my ankles got very sore as the one we had meant they took the strain when upside down!

One of NZ's 'star' tennis players from yesteryear (getting near 40 years ago!) used to use one. Worked pretty well until it (and he!) came off the doorway it was hooked onto! Knackered his neck for some time!
