Can I just say well done to The Sun with the headline today 'Anarchy in the UKIP'. Genius, someone needs to take a boo son. :D

Mind you, there'll be a few on here not happy that their favoured political party is imploding.

Is this still about UKIP or have you moved on to Labour now :D

Take you pick really. I think it's pretty clear that power corrupts and every party ends up infighting as the various factions try and gain absolute power. The Tories will start again in a year or so, and once the lib dems get any MPs I'm sure they do the same.

Ha ha, very good.

If Labour are now the "Nasty Party" then UKIP are certainly the "Pointless Party".....all this week has shown is just how much of a "one man band" they really were....something we all knew all along if we are honest. Farage at least had something about him, but what's left are just a bunch of jokers, complete amateurs. Perhaps they can now crawl back under the stone they came from.

Really can't see a future for them (especially if this shenanigans continues). I'm pretty sure all the Tory defectors will return to the fold providing there's movement on Brexit. Labour defectors less so but many of these will switch to the Tories if Theresa's government is seen as moderate which seems to be her line at the moment (a Corbyn Labour being pretty unelectable). I sort of thought the Lib Dems may do well out of this.......but where have they been since June?

They are a one issue party and that issue has been achieved. Where can they go from here? Really, they were a pressure group that grew out of all proportion, fair play to them. Implosion was almost inevitable, particularly when the glue that kept them together, Farage, decided to stand down. Smart man getting out at the top.

Actually I think they can only get stronger ;)

Just when you thought politics in the UK couldn't get any sillier along come UKIP!

They are priceless (and pointless!)

MM - They are now but they have changed the UK, no question. Without UKIP Cameron would not have been pushed into having a referendum. That referendum has changed the country, now and for the future. That is quite an impact and more than many other groups or parties have had.

UKIP have had more impact on the UK in the last year or so than any other party in the last decade - how they can be called pointless im not sure

So Labour has been imploding since Bliar left office and nothing is said and now you post this?

There has been plenty posted about Labour over the last few months.. Have you missed it all? Or does every poster have to post an equal amount about every Party? If so, then there are a few on this Forum that really need to start ripping into the Tories rather than just posting fanboy fiction about Theresa May on Reddit...

UKIP must have been getting concerned that Labour have been "out joking them." So this guy getting bashed (thankfully he's not as bad as initially thought!) got them up the charts...but surely Comrade Corbyn installing his old "bit on the side" as Shadow Home Sec can't be topped?

Think about it!

As a result of the referendum they are now pointless.. As with any single issue group once that issue, in this case Brexit, has been achieved they serve no useful purpose.

I'm pretty sure they still have a part to play in future politics especially when you consider the amount of people that voted for them at the GE - right now UK is still in Europe , nothing has changed so still a long way to go for them yet

As they will not be involved in the negotiations over our exit, no point.

As, due to our electoral system, they are never likely to have more than one or two MP's, no point.

As, after our withdrawal is complete, no MEP's, no point.

For those that wanted us out of EU they served a purpose, that purpose no longer exists.

Please tell me it is not erotic fiction......

And said it before and will say it again but I've only voted labour once or twice in my life. Seems some people can't cope with the fact that if you are not posting rude thoughts about Teresa May then it does not mean you are Tony Benn's love child.

You appear to have a crystal ball there to show how people are going to vote in the future ? Can it tell anything else ?

They appear to still be pretty much in the public eye and there is no reason to suggest they are going anywhere and there is nothing to say that they won't evolve as a party - unless your crystal ball says something different ?
