Just seen it on the BBC website where there is decent write up. He finished up 3 under gross playing off of 2 and still didn't win. Tough Schools over there !!!!!

Not quite the same but was playing a match a few years ago at Glynhir and noticed they have a plaque on the tee of one of the holes where a pair playing in a knockout match walked off with a half after both scoring a 1.

I bet the guy that had the honour was sick as a parrot at that - you could just see it after he nailed his tee shot and turned to his PP, "this for a half then.........bugger"
