I've had a fairly shocking season this year and was going to have a few months off from swinging the bats

only two weeks ago I shot 19 points for 18 holes, but now all is happy in my little world again...

I played today in very strong 'mostly' cross winds and shot my lowest round at the course, Broome Manor,

I shot 74 (+3)

I'm well chuffed with that, and for once I'm enjoying a good score without thinking about the few I left out there

In the wind and off 9.5 that's an astonishing score!! Well played :thup:

Playing in the wind always poses problems, but, it does concentrate the mind and good scores can happen.
Even done it myself a few times!

I've turned so many corners this year. Straight into another brick wall. All you can do is keep plugging away and wait for your rewards. Glad you got yours.
