WHAT A NIGHT!!!

My boys - the superior Crystal Palace Football Club have just recorded the following:

Brighton and no hope Albion 1
Crystal Palace FC 3

EAGLES!!!

To make it even better, Millwall and West Ham both lost!!!

All together now........."Oh South London, oh South London, is wonderful, is wonderful! It's full of ****, ***** and Palace! Oh South London is wonderful!" :)

As a matter of celebration, any chance you could halve the size of your signature? ;)

Aren't Brighton still 4 places ahead of you in the old second division?

Just a shame that you couldnt beat boro in the league down at your place last week :D

Then you only just managed to scrape past the reserve team in the cup a couple of days later :p

John, We mainly put out our reserves as well in that comp. Thing is, theres alot of debate as to whether the Palace reserves are actually better than the first team!

AW - Yeehaa! In one hundred years, when the Amex looks like the Goldstone did, it will still be fact that Palace were the first team to beat Brighton in the league on their lovely new pitch.

Just as I predicted, Forest are flying high under Schteve! Oh wait...That was a dream :(

Any chance of promotion in the foreseeable future (i.e the next couple of years) were probably dashed last night as if this continues, all our quality players will be gone by january.

Great.

West Han unbeaten, and so Bolton Sam goes and says "we're getting used to playing in the championship" ...

Dur - what, losing 1 -0 at home ????
Tw*t
