I played with somebody today who had one of these and says it really does help prevent fatigue.
Does anybody else use these and what do they think of them?

Ive worn them for the past year or so now and defiantly think they aid concentration and help with fatigue. Will admit though it maybe all in the head but it seems to be working.

Is it just with fatigue that these bracelets help with....The reason i ask is i suffer a bit with blood circulation and joint pains (im only 34).
I was going to try one of these and see what happens

Some people swear by them but I'm not convinced - but if it works for you then don't knock it. And don't knock it till you've tried it.

These things supposedly work by releasing negative ions using magnets.

There is no explanation why this is a good thing, or any objective evidence it works.

That is because it is not a good thing (although not bad either - a nothing thing, really) and it doesn't have the slightest physiological, biochemical or therapeutic effect.

If you want to wear a bracelet or necklace as a fashion statement, fine. If you feel fatigued near the end of a round, eat a banana.

Its all an absolute load of Bo**ocks.

I wore a Trion-Z for 2 months last year, no difference at all. Tried it again this year for a month, again, no difference. Don't be taken in .

I agree, there is no evidence of any benefits of using these to reduce fatigue.

A good healthy breakfast before hand a couple of bananas during the round and plenty of fluids i.e. water will be better for you.

Said it before and I will say it again. I had a really sore shoulder, put on the trion z and it stopped hurting, took it off and it started hurting again. Placebo, all in the head. I really don't care as long as I think it works.

and it looks good too!!!!!

I suppose if you had an ankle injury you'll be rubbing horse placenta on it ....... :D

Do yourself a favour and dont buy one, all they are is a fashion item just to make you look like the pros but the only difference is they get paid to wear them.

It may have changed but one of the marketing tools they used to promote them was that they didn’t sponsor anyone to wear them and it was all down to the athletes choice if they wanted to wear them.

Hahaha I have to say my opinion is, they are a load of tosh!

How can a band with magnets in it help to restore all the energy burnt by the body that can only be replaced by food/supplements/fluids etc?

Its kind of like S=D/T it is what it is and nothing is going to change that.

If you think they work then crack on, but I wouldn't be mugged for £16 or however much they are.

Anyone who purchases such an item is an "advertisers dream" IMO.

The enhanced performance claims made by these companies are quite frankly utter b*****ks.

Gullible idiots will buy absolutely anything if they think it'll improve their golfing ability. Why waste money on useless golfing gadgets when money spent on lessons with a decent pro is infinitely more beneficial?

:D :D :D :D
