Besides, he only plays in light mud about twice a year. Hence why he's currently in Abu Dhabi rather than chopping it round in the damp like we are. So that obviously helps as well.

Unrelated to the topic, but I recently found out that Harry Kane wears Skechers football boots. I didn't even know they made football boots before that. I can't imagine many other pro players are wearing them. I wonder if he's signed with them to get free golf shoes out of them as well!

Living in Munich now I suspect his local course is out of action more of the time than when he lived in Surrey, or wherever he lived. Gets a bit parky in Munich in winter

I heard the podcast and it was more about him moving to Germany, getting his kids settled into new schools, probably not wanting to bugger off out to golf every few days while his wife was stuck indoors in a foreign country. All fair enough really.
